  At Experteer (career platform for professionals) I worked on frontend-heavy projects using AngularJS and Rails for the backend. For other projects I worked with Elasticsearch, writing queries and indexing data. My daily tasks include doing code reviews, maintaining and refactoring old code and bug fixing.

  trbo works with online shops to help increase their revenue with user engagement. My daily tasks ranged from writing SQL queries that made sense of big raw data, to fixing CSS bugs. I set up and maintained different testing environment on different servers and along with the team implemented new features for the product, mostly using PHP Zend Framework and Node.js.

  Dakwak is a website translation platform. During my time there I wrote tests using RSpec, worked on the translation API and built the Ruby wrapper gem for it, wrote posts for the company’s official blog and refactored the frontend for the company’s website.

I had the opportunity to supervise her graduation project at JUST, she successfully completed a complex project that required the integration of many components. Interests

In July 2016 I participated in a summer school program at Utrecht University titled Applied Functional Programming in Haskell which I enjoyed very much! These days I spend my free time learning about functional programming and Haskell, I find that process very rewarding. I am also interested in Non Relational databases and data aggregations, as I use MongoDB for some personal projects.
